No. There is no such as festival bonuses. Only the quarter pay bonus is available
In last 8.5 years I did not get any bonus ....
In so many factories and other industries people who work as labour get bonuses and sweets. These people have no to low education and low pay. They deserve to get bonuses and sweets unlike highly paid TCSers with higher education degrees. Then there's some business class people who make samosas on the streets and earn more than TCSers. Those people don't even think about bonuses. Upcoming businesses like shoe repair are catching up too and have stopped making bonus payments because of the high income of employees.
Never heard of it in TCS. Don't expect even a sweet box.😅
No such bonus as @ForsakenRoof said but quarter bonus also depends on WFO index
