Dispute with RMG

Hi all, I got unallocated on 1st November and my grade is c1 and my base location is Mumbai but for privious project I was working from Noida location. Now rmg is calling to report physically in Mumbai but I have serious medical issues that's why I am unable to travel to Mumbai but she is not ready to listen a single word from me just sending reminder mail and asking HR to raise SAWA against me so in this situation what should I do.. I was thinking about to applying LWP for some time and try to switch.

Please suggest how to deal with it.. Thanks for your time.

Considering the current situation ,Save your job and go there without asking any questions otherwise switch to another organisation

On what grounds, you will apply LWP.
How much time will you get from this LWP

As per RMG this is correct bro. Your base location is where you have to report

If your base location is mumbai you should have got it changed to noida when you were in project....

Now rmg is right as per policy and you are also right in a way....

Now because policy and system data suggest you are from Mumbai there is no option other than reporting to Mumbai... Lwp etc can give you some breathing time

You do visit nearest tcs office and connect people there. Once you get a project take release from domain (preferably global) and get allocated to a project at your nearest office
