Hey Guys,
I'm thinking to drop an email to my senior manager in regards to my appraisal.
Despite of working for 4.5 years in the same project - No hike, no promotion, no recognition
Worked 6+ months in night shift
Worked on highest number of tickets
Unfair recognition and office politics
Took only 5 leaves in entire year
I'm not satisfied with the feedback provided
Should I drop email asking for my appraisal??
My manager never cared on my efforts
Please suggest me guys, what I need to do? I cannot switch company as I have contract!!

They will never do the hike, recognition themselves. There should be no harm in pushing aggressively. But be professional, polite and convincing.

No use of discussing with manager or anyone. Improve your skillsets and resign. There are lot of companies out there in the market. It's their culture

If they didn't recognise your contribution in last 4 years, then why do you think that your stupid email will bring some change to their attitude ! Face the hard truth man, they simply don't care, and I will advise you, please contribute just your minimal. This way you are not burned out and can think beyond this job !

Not only you but many of hcl guys deserve that but company don't care

Im in technical support domain, I have knowledge on azure administration/IAM, please let me know if there are openings internally. My manager says I cannot switch to different domain. T2ID don't have opportunities on azure administration
