There will be no outcome. They will manipulate you. I got manipulated by DU lead. I know if I resign - DU lead will schedule call with MD - But it will show that he failed to convince. Well I will suggest you to take a stand and create bottomline but if you have planned to resign then just go if they dont agree.

in dec 2023 and June 2024 I didn't receive any hike or promotion so I decided to change project
I asked with my boss,he convinced me wait for dec 2024 but I am not interested to stay in Accenture with out hike or promotion,planning to leave Accenture if I got good offer
Now my project manager schedule call with MD on monday
Not sure what will be the discussion

he will sugar coat and give you promises that he will get you promoted in dec 2024. However there are chances that it may be true, But i know of instances where they are fake as well. Unless you get it on email with cc'ed HR, dont believe them.
