Hi anyone has an in person discussion with HR regarding pip? Can anyone tell me what happened to that meeting or what they are going to ask or to do?

Release with 5th months severance or complete certification with 90%-95% depends, if you will not clear they will terminate. Like they are saying

I saw some people are saying that this time they are not giving any option like severance pay and forcefull telling to do PIP tasks

I was told it would get 5 month pay. But as you know Feb is already ended does this 5 month pay include Feb month.

Hi I’m from STG unit and I also have been put on PIP since I got the NI rating. Till now nothing has been communicated to me and according to my mentor I will be placed in 30 days PIP. Wanted to know if the certification I will have to take it from office or I can take it from anywhere
