Product designer with 9+ years of experience, mostly in Fintech domain, B Arch and MDes from tier 1 colleges, currently working with a MAANG company, based in Hyderabad is getting 60 LPA (Excluding ESOPs ). I am trying to understand how from a founder standpoint or a recruiter you would approach someone with this skill sets and what kind of expectations you would personally have as a leader from this person (if you hire them).
