I have received an email from the BPHR and in person meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow regarding the PIP due to NI rating. Has anyone gone through the same ? What are the options they give? I heard they ask to do certain certifications. Just want to know if it is achievable or they deliberately give difficult certifications to terminate the candidate. If you guys have any ideas please enlighten me. Also what all things need to check if things go south.
PIP they suggested to complete office for 60 days with 9.15 hrs and need to complete 3 certificate based on your unit they will provide the details we need clear the exam in office booked slot area only or they will discuss we provide several month of salary take and leave we will give proper reliving letter also .like that
Did you get pip this time? And can the person quit before 60 days period ends with proper experience letter
