Women work more and all work credits are taken by male managers. Hence women never grow. They don't know office politics too.

That 7% women are also working very poorly. In my project, there are total 7 managers for different components. Each manager owns multiple modules. 3 male and 4 female managers are there. Out of 4 female managers, only 1 female manager is technical and able to understand what engineers are telling. Remaining just keep on asking when the task will be completed and just keeps on scheduling multiple calls. They don't even know which component is owned by which manager and engineers only have to tell them that this component is owned by this manager and they should look at this work. However, all 3 male managers are very technical and experienced as well. They help and support their engineers a lot that engineers don't suffer because of politics of other manager. Hence, rather than increasing the number of women in industry it's better we should focus on increasing their talent to do their work properly.

Women in IT leadership have a long way to go. Despite being 34% of the workforce, only 7% hold executive roles. This gap is unacceptable and needs urgent attention. 💻
