Discuss bad wlb & high expectations with manager?

Joined a new org < 4 months. One task i was doing was very hectic. disturbed my wlb due to bad planning. I believe after this task wlb won't be as bad other tasks can be slower paced.

But i also feel this is setting wrong expectation, slowly I sense my manager thinking everything has to be done at the same time, still relatively new to the org and I haven't even had the time to breath. KTs, main commitment work, side work which no one else can do, everything I feel moving forward will come to my plate very soon I am starting to sense it.

Everyone says starting 6 months you should work like crazy and give 100%, I believe work currently and as per my assumption in future is taking a little more than I am willing to offer.

Should i tell manager wlb is getting bad and to subvert his expectations or let things go because I am new in org and discuss all these things if they continue for long time after 6 months are over?
