I have deleted almost all contacts of my college mates. Only few school mates are in my contact list.
Though I am connected to to them in Facebook. But I have removed all of them in Instagram.

Reconnect by joining a WhatsApp group of the same college mates once you reach your 40s.
By that time, they have all calmed down and matured, which makes the friendships much nicer, and also because of the nostalgic memories of the college days.
