Disciplinary Action against WFO Non-compliance
As the title suggests, what would be the disciplinary action taken against associates who do not comply with the 85% and above criteria for two subsequent quarters?
I know that the QVA is linked to office attendance but hypothetically if an employee has less than 85% of attendance for two subsequent quarters (April-June & July-Sept.), what action can the supervisor or the HR take?

60% is the minimal percent needed to be compliant in general.
75%, 85% part is applicable only for QVA.

yes, that's right but in the HR policy they mention not being compliant to 85% and above for two subsequent quarters will result in "disciplinary action". I'm quoting this loosely.
