Disappointing 45 LPA offer from Salesforce MTS
I recently got a 45 LPA offer from Salesforce with a 30 fixed, 3 bonus, 52K USD stocks (25% yearly vesting) at 3 YOE for MTS role.
I hold offer from other startups but not interested in joining those. I’m getting a 0% (potentially negative) hike from my current position.
Should I accept this? What is the typical pay? My friends for 50+ 6-8 months ago, but now they are saying this is the absolute best they can do.

The recruiter told me Salesforce has revised their pay scales and 45 was a take or leave offer, so I had to check if others are facing the same
Organizations restructured their pays... Either take it or leave it... Organization doesn't care anymore....
You won't get what folks were getting earlier....if somehow you get it... Be ready to be in PIP,
Scenarios and market have changed accept that.

What makes you say that is low? I think this is on the highest end of what companies offer in India. Unless u join some quant position..

What a mentality. Khud badhne ki jagah khud dusro ko neeche kheecho. The guy is simply asking if he's lowballed as per Salesforce's pay scale

You should not join. Atleast 90 lpa is minimum. Bargain as if your life depends on it

Its not that bad either. I joined in Feb as MTS with 31.5 + 3.15 + 48k USD. Experience was 2.5 years.
Where were you working previously,?
The stocks been falling bad tho isn’t it? That’s a concern, what if my salary just keeps getting even worse with time.
