I was in same situation on 2020 I just came out of the project leaving onsite opportunity 😔 I'm happy now - only difference is I could had made some good money but can't live life under sh** a** manager. If they want you they will save your back , it they don't what ever you deliver they won't agree & you keep pushing your limits tirelessly without sleep & eat & no family times & at the end your body & mind is never gonna heal so better have iron balls to face such managers
