Trending @HCL; Disappointed Hike
I joined HCL on Jan 2024 thru campus placements. Its been 1 year and 8 months. And we got a hike notification. We shocked when we saw the revised package. We got 1% hike. Everyone who joined with me got the same. Is this some cycle matching hike or is this what we got after being in HCL for close to two years?
Take exp at least 3 years and then switch you will easily get 15 to 20 LPA if you have good skills. All the best. And most important thing don't lose and hope
These are all chindi companies they don't give hike i joined in July 2024 I didn't got any appraisal letter not variable pay yet don't know how much blood they will suck
HCL will be like that only. Other companies will pay one format but HCL will pay different format
Be content that you got at least one percent joining as a fresher. move out once you complete two years and you can ask for 10
