Letters are not always received by end of March. Last year the letters were sent out april 1st week. No use being hopeful the letters will be released today or even by Sunday

It’s really pathetic which I never experienced in my past organisations they are suppose to give minimal hike if they do but realising that they are doing great here there is no value for commitment.
