Disappointed as got b band
Very disappointed, ipf was 4.42 got B band , I am the hard working employee in my project . Never said no to any task even task is came day or night . I had discussed with TL , I am underpaid hope got good hikes this time . TL simply replied I give good rating but band is not in my hand .
Bro, rating and bands are completely independent. Last year, my rating was 3.16 and I got B band😊
Learn to relax n wrk n say no.bcoz even A band won't get much hike max is 6% so choose to be cool n relaxed rather
Even iam also uterly disappointed i got 3 years c band i joined new project last year for 9 months i dont know on what basis they making fool to the employees, iam so disappointed, even my manager promised to give better band this time i got 4.15 ipf now i regret to work
Bro Band no where depends on rating. But your work and dedication must speak for you , please get into one on one discussion with your manager and ask for justification. I know Bands are totally depends on how your project business is performing and what is in pipelines, still this cannot be justified with the amount of work you did.
