Disappointed about Bands
I have 2 years of experience in TCS. For my first appraisal I got a 4.2 rating but got a C band 😥 And for 2nd appraisal even though my performance was good and my TCO gave good feedback only for each and every goal and attributes but got a rating of 3.45. Iam worrying agian that I may get C band 😥 I don't know what to do about these types of issues. Please tell me what to do.
Guys , I am going through my manager micromanagement. Work load given by him. I told him I am the one who is working on all the task what about the other team members..so my manager questioning me and dropping me and email..what to do
It's not your mistake, bro. Try to change the organization..!!
Ipf and bands are not related. However organisations can hold an argument over it. But you can raise a ticket that you are not satisfied, once bands are released. And always make sure you have all the matrices ready on which your performance will be judge coming year, and act accordingly.
Usually not having performance matrix discussed with your reviewer at start of the year is a risk. So in my case i already know what all certification/ responsibilities my manager is expecting this year, so i plan accordingly
Bro don't be disappointed with bands these are just BS, tcs in itself is a big disappointment, even if you get A or A+ band nothing matters won't be getting any huge hike and same goes for many other organisations.so don't worry start searching outside it's better than staying here. next time again want good hike switch in a year or so.
