Disappointed!!!
Got just a tiny hike this year 😅. I was at 16.5 LPA with C2 grade, but with a B band I ended up with barely 1% increase. Honestly, I get more cashback from credit cards in a year than what this appraisal gave me 😂

Even the gold rate touching 11k per gram still these guys giving beggar hikes
Maybe raise a case to TR team once.
This shouldn't have happened, speaking from my own experience. C2,20+ lpa but still received 4.5% hike as everyone with B band
7% hike, 7.5 to 8.1 lol. Monthly barely 3-4k increase. I guess it's time to leave.
I have been in tcs fro close to 4.5 years now... I joined at 7 lpa but my salary till now is only 8.8 lpa...
Imagine the kind of increment this company gives. Insane. It's My fault I stayed in this company
Seems due to lateral hire or retention case they will not hike and will try to normalise to C2 levels.
