Did you have discussion with HR before the mail??

I had a discussion with my manager and after that they send me the mom why it was given on top of that I have given all the proofs which was mentioned in mom. No one replied to my email. Then I asked for release that also no one reply. It’s looks like no corporate culture in tvs projects. Its owner and slave culture in TCS. They don’t give you any response but expect you to do all the works on finger tips.
