Director Interview Round
Hello everyone, I have my last director round scheduled and can someone please help as to what I can prepare to sail through this round? I am really worried and some help would be really beneficial! Thanks! This role is I am really hoping for I clear and don’t want to mess.

At this level your confidence and problem solving skills matters to them. They would be less bothered to know about your day to day tasks, but more interested in how you would execute organisation goals. Research well about the company, and understand their mindset. You can do it! Good luck

@DarkMagician005 How many days did it take for your director round result to come?
In a week I got the mail that I am selected. It was not at all very high level but more of a conversation. They wanted to know if I really will be sticking to the organisation as they can’t play with the attirition rate. Overall it was good. Also, this round was not with Deloitte. It was with a product based company and it was not at all technical. Hope this answers your question. If you reach to the director round, they probably want to hire you. The best thing you can do not mess this up by saying something which is not in line with the company you will be joining. Please don’t ask the name of the company as I cannot disclose anything more.
