Director/ head of Engineering jobs in Dubai

I am planning to move to Dubai from India. I have done pretty much everything from Backend development to devops. I have a decent pay here in India. I have been trying to apply jobs but do not get any response. Any senior/C level folks here that can help me and tell me approximate salary range for this role? Thank you
