Normally NP is 90 days.

According to policy, you can stay in bench for 45 days, then LOP starts for next 90 days. But I too heard the same that if you are arriving on the bench, management is forcing you to resign. But this didn't happen in my case. I stayed in bench for 60 days, then LOP for 90 days. At the end of 90 days, i got one confirmation on project. Not yet billable. LOP extended to 30 days more.

Are you not getting a salary from the last 3 months? From how long you have been working in Wipro and your total exp, since you got more time, so just asking

this is how it is as i seen , once you released from project you will 15 days of grace period , once that completes your 45 days period starts , thats means you will have 60 days of times before LOP starts

If anyone has resigned then need to serve 90days of notice period else if released from project then 45 paid bench period and rest 45 days as lop period.

If one is on a bench or 50% billable in a project for 45 days, then also LOP starts for the next 90 days.

I was 50% billable in a project, then I was put on LOP. I requested for release from that project and then got into a 100% billable project. Then the LOP got reversed.
