Direct job switch from TCS to its client company?

I got released from the tcs client project few days back and my client is interested in hiring me but tcs contract won't allow it. In this case, if I put paper and after notice period if I join the client company then is there any way TCS will find out?

The client person who is interested in hiring you, ask him. He is the best person because obviously they would have done this before.

But People have done this even before that 6month cooling period. Usually they wont reveal anything to their tcs colleagues. You should also do the same.

After released from the project, I think if you take 6 months gap in joining, it sho6be good.
