Dillemma for big 4 offshore practice

I am 28 years old CA working with the big 4 in offshore practice as assistant manager. Salary is good but under the offshore practice i think that after like 5 -7 years when i will be senior manager then after that there is too much difficulty to promote from senior manager to director under the offshore practice and also switch won't be possible then so what should i do . Just to let you know that I don't want to join indian big 4 practice as i heard from my multiple friends that work culture is too bad there . Is there any way out from here so that i can secure my future.
