Dilemma in resignation
When I was asked for release in 1 month , manager said it is possible you can take a release in 1 month , that day team lead in leave so I am not contacted . I am planning to resign. Next day manager discussed with team lead & comes to me & told 1 month np not possible, you have dependencies on the project so 2 month needed so plan accordingly. I asked the team lead I have already discussed with Manager on 1 month release & he agreed on this . Team lead & manager discussed & comes to the conclusion that your np can reducable , you have to complete KT & give your 100 % on KT. I am agreed on this & after some time I resigned.
Next day hr told me if you need early release then needs project lead approval. Unfortunately, Project leads was changed , I asked manager for approval from project leads. He cannot agree on 1 month release , minimum 2 month required.
& I withdraw my Resignation. At evng , team lead called me & told me you can take an early release just to delete this withdrawal mail.
Next day HR replied on this mail , resignation withdrawal by the candidate.
Finally I withdraw my resignation.. After how many days I am eligible for resignation?
Once you discussed anything, like early release. For future evidences use Mail. There is no value of verbal communication.
Same thing happened with me.
Before resignation. I discussed with Manager, on that time they are agree for early release with 30 days, But when I resigned and after some day they denied to early release. Then I prepare Fake medical documents and escalate to HR. Then I get early release in. 62 days instead of 90.
Once you resigned, you are just resource. Manager not replying your msg and mails.
There is no time limit capping, you can resign next day
You can resign right away.
