Dilemma in career move

Hi all , am working as backend dev in a fintech msme. I now have 2.5 YOE particular in spring Java. My first fresher salary was 3.8 LPA. I joined the second company with same salary. I was terminated from 1st company without appraisal so in April 2025 ie after 18 months am going to get my first appraisal. From June only new salary will be credited. Also notice period is 3 months. So if new salary 3 months and notice period 3 months , nearly 1 year will happen. Also my notice period will be very hectic due to GFF 2025. Shall I risk and put paper now or wait another year here. Am really unsure of how much appraisal I would get and what happens next ie it's very uncertain and toxic. Please help.
