Dilemma after Resignation

I have a question i am on resignation and i am not allocated as of now. I have around 1.5 months of notice period due. I have already asked my next organisation if i can join early they can not assure if they can join me early . In this case if tcs terminate me i am not asking for early release shall i ask for fnf till my last day or they will provide severance

They won't terminate they will ask you to resign. And they will provide 3 months of salary. If you get this chance don't leave.

Allocated would be different scenario but if unallocated these rmg people has target to allocate people so they might preesurize

May I know how long you are on bench? And you got offer when you are allocated in project or released from project?

They can't terminate you if you are serving not to ve period. Enjoy your time. If they leave you early then it's better. If not keep enjoying getting paid for doing nothing.
