Dilemma

I have H1B in my current organization valid till 2027. Can't travel to US for atleast a year due to family commitments. My CTC here is way below market standards.

Got another offer with almost 50% hike and remote working. High chances that my visa will be gone if I leave current organization.

Unable to decide what to do. Please suggest.

Large companies usually don’t file for a withdrawal of petition for such cases. Be smart, transfer the petition to your future employer quickly.
