7moTrending @Accenture; Dilemma ! Does it worth to switch?
i am currently in Level 8 with 10yr total experience. Getting bored in current project (as i am in same project for last 10yr). Not getting Roll-off. Got 2 outside offers but those companies are not giving good hikes. current CTC: (between 28-32LPA) one company offering 34 LPA another one 36LPA. Does it worth to switch?

I prefer mental peace once I reaches financial stability. Not sure about your personal interests. Better ask yourself sir. 😄

Its good package with this yr exp nd that too in same company…no switch…which tech u r ? Many i knw in my team who r at level 9 with more than ur exp bd less package of around 20 I think stay ..keep learning new things side by side by ur own
