Digiyatra coercion
Really frustrating the way Digiyatra is being forced on travellers. The “quick check in” is not sustainable if adoption happens at scale. Then not sure what the value prop would be.

It won't happen at scale. Only the smart one will adopt

They are forcing everyone to adopt at many airports, specially Bangalore 😂

For me, it didn’t work for the internal checks, outside the airport it detected the face and let’s you in. Meanwhile the gates inside the airport did not recognise and had to do a manual check, so all the fuss was for diddly squat.

There are two benefits from Digiyatra
- Improvement in efficiency as well as better accuracy as stuff is automated
- Speed due to separate queues.
#2 was a carrot to drive early adoption but the real value that will stay over a longer period of time is #1
