Digital wings 1 after getting promoted to grade C2

Hi all, Had one query regarding digital wings 1 compensation. For now in the compensation the benefit is added as an incentive component but I have heard that when we get promoted to C2, that will become part of our main package and won't stay as an incentive component. Is it correct ? Also, while serving notice period do we get this component or it is removed ?
