Digital to Innovator

Hey guys, I am a fresher in tcs from digital and currently they are giving me 7 lpa I wanted to get promoted to the innovator package So what would be the package if i get promoted to innovator? Also please give a detailed road map on how to get into an innovator package like the courses i need to do some tips and tricks ?

Let me make you clear : You are not going to get any promotion if you are a fresher.
But if you can clear wings then you can get the package of innovator, but you know odds are not in favor and how that extra money is mentioned in salary slip and they will need only one reason to throw you back to digital.
