Hello there Currently I am digital it’s been a 1.3 years in TCS can anybody help to find out resources to get info about which exam will help and where I can get the info Please help!

Till now I am going good (appraisal wise) so thinking to move to innovator by looking at market conditions rather than switch

Although I agree with @SleepyCurse . Here are some suggestions if you still want To be with TCS.

Since you are digital already, I assume you have 1 tech track already cleared. So practice more on that tech track to clear the innovator milestone.

I used chatgpt to generate questions and I keep time limits when I solve them.

For tracks like process and articulation, you can practice assessment from ievolve itself. If you are already in an agile project. These tracks won't be a big problem to you
