Digital Revocation

I have clear my digital through DCA and got two consecutive B and this year C due to which I have thought it will be revoked but in my composition letter it is not showing reduced shall I consider it will not stop or it will stop?

I think it will reflect in the compensation letter but the elevate incentive will be paused in salary till you get A/B in next appraisal.
