Digital incentive

I got the digital in nov 2022 and got digital incentives but in the 2023 cycle I lost due to the c band I got and now in fy24 appraisal I got b band again and the digital incentive is resumed. How to get rid of this dependency further I have 3.5 years experience working in GEAPM project
