Digital confusion

Hello everyone ,

I joined TCS as a digital fresher. I just want to know , does my CTC will be effected if I get a low band?

(I heard that if a associate who qualifies digital is not recieving a or b band then that person will loose the digital incentive but it's for the associate who gives DCA and qualifies so can anyone tell me about the associate who directly got digital from University and joined as digital as it's added in my CTC in OL?)
