Why do these guys arrange trainings for resources (both on bench and project resources) and schedule it for 4 - 5 hrs that too in the afternoon when all the client calls happen mostly. And when you ask them to record the session, simply they will say no, citing some management concerns. I mean, why take the pain to arrange all these sessions, encourage management for more and more participation and then when people join these sessions, they will say no to recordings and schedule unrealistically long hours?! They could clarify these sessions are only for bench resources - it's irritating really!
