I have cleared wings 1 in May 23 cycle. I wanted to know, my Digital profile incentive will be hampered if I get a release and stay on bench for few months?

Depends upon the band you receive. If it's a C band then incentives will pause for an year until and unless we get A/B. If we get again C or D band, then incentives will be permanently stopped.

Yes once we move to a higher grade like C2 the incentive will merge into Personal Allowance and Performance Pay.
