Digital back to Ninja?

I joined TCS as a Digital (C1) grade employee. I heard rumors that if I get a C band my package will get converted to Ninja even though I think it's only applicable to people who came into Digital via Wings1. I need confirmation from someone if this is true even for people who were digital from the beginning? Also if you can direct me to the policy, I would appreciate it a lot.
