Difficulty in making people understand your vision

I’m working on some vision and i want people around me aligned with that vision. I’m also open to have a clear thought that if an individual wants to be around they need to be clear about what I can do with my vision and what i can not. Now, I’m facing challenges that people want to change the way i function because according to them that is not the correct way of living life. Help me with what we can do in this situation and how we can handle it.
