Difficulty in finding opportunities

Hi

I have 5 years experience in tcs. Currently in bench. I can't get calls from outside for interview even with in tcs it is very difficult to find good projects. Is it good time to switch? Or stays in same company . My previous project is not much technical. Right now so frustrating . Even internal project team calls and not scheduling interview
