
Trending @Accenture; Difference leaves for different cities
Why is there such a huge gap in total leaves from city to city. For example Total leaves in an year for Maharashtra is 26 whereas for U.P is 40

I had raised same concern with hr that my team mate from Hyderabad has 10 sick leaves and 10 casual and we MH ppl have only 8 casual leaves this is discrimination- she said its state law we cant do anything . So my colleagues from Hyderabad bangalore Chennai keep taking these leaves and and we are having only 8 causal leaves which we take when sick for whole fucking year . For 12 months only 8 casual leaves we end of working more than them . This is so much discrimination

This has nothing to do with companies as far as my knowledge, my manager said these are government based policies, why would company different policies for different cities it would be a headache for them only.

I raised this question to my manager. He said he has no information on this and will check with HR and let me know. It’s been 2 years since then, and I still haven’t heard back from him.

I got offer from cognizant with 12 LPA and LTI mIndtree 13.5 LPA which one is the best to join ?

This is all state labour policies. Companies don't have right here to modify.
