What’s the difference b/w Virtual Bench and free pool and 90days bench period starts when actually?
I’m showing in billable psp page but getting multiple mails opportunities stating your virtuall bench or free pool
Yeah, it is because your billable time period must be ending soon. Like if you are billable till 15th of march then you are on virtual bench and once you get non billable from 15 it's officially on bench.
Virtual bench is basically to understand who is getting out of project and when, so that after you get on bench you will be tagged immediate if your profile matches to any project requirements.
28-30 days before the Set ERD in the system is a virtual Pool and the day after ERD is free pool, example - ERD set is 31st March then Virtual Pool starts from Feb end for possible opportunities to get tagged after March end and free pool\bench starts from 1st April
