Difference between Annual guaranteed cash, annual fixed compensation and CTC
Recently I got an offer from a product based company and in the offer letter I can see three sections, can someone please explain to me what is the difference between Annual guaranteed cash, annual fixed compensation and CTC?

That's a fancy terminology by HR.
I suppose:
- Guaranteed cash == Basic
- Fixed compensation == Basic + Flexible (so you can put a part to NPS or HRA etc.).
- CTC -> Fixed + PF usually. But if it is a summy company there can be additional things.
RSU is separate (it does become a part of your total compensation (called TC online, TC != CTC))
