Difference between a good and a bad interviewer.

When u give interview to a good interviewer, they give the question if the answer is not desired they help you get the mistake try to dry run and etc . Then come the worst, just give the question if the desired output is not achieved, lets move to another question. I mean who is able to solve a question in one go.

If they "help you to get the mistake try to dry run etc" aren't you already in lean-no-hire or no-hire territory?

Ok, so you mean interviewers should come, if the code doesn't run in first go just move to another question.

Definitely not, if people can grasp and take hints and cover all/most edge cases and get to expected outcome, they are good. There can be n number of factors contributing to the candidate not coming up with the expected outcome, including the interviewer not being clear or the interviewer not knowing things. At least that's how I deal.
