Trending @Accenture; Diff between TP(talent priority) and DA(distinctive achievement)?

TP are considered for promotion prior to DA, if one gets TP then he/she is ought to get a good hike % with average VP, while DA gets high VP with average hike. On hierarchy basis TP Is better than DA.
