Dietary tips for fat loss
I really am having a bulging belly now. I have been to gym here and there but never gained consistency due to work stress sometimes, laziness etc.
In my family everyone is fat, feel like my metabolism is genetically weak. But i really want to make a difference to my body. Please give some tips of consistency.
Motivate me please! And some diet tips too which i should follow strictly.
I am 5’8 and 88 kgs. How to deal with the work stress too. I agree sometimes its just unnecessary stress but still the feeling of self doubt makes it worse.

I have lost around 20kgs (90 -> 70)
Simple formula
- Calorie Deficit - Use healthify app (for me it was less than 1500cal and 2000cal cheat day every sunday)
- Water intake (I did 2-3 litres each day)
- Weight training (This was very on-off for me, like I tried to hit 3 days a week, wasn't very consistent with it though)
- Cardio (Would say this is optional as cardio has a reverse effect where in if you are not mentally strong you would mess up your calorie deficit)
Summary: Calorie Deficit is most imp imo, if you can control what you eat overtime your body would adapt to it and it would become easier

Honestly saying the first month of calorie deficit will be absolute hell, but if you somehow get thru it... well you'll see 😉

Have tried this out bro but consistently more than 3weeks i have never been able to pass through. It could be because i didnt see any results on my body just 1-2kg loss.
But i will focus more on calorie deficit and water intake now on. Thanks for sharing your experience 😊
Some tips from my last 8 months of fat loss journey:
- Calorie deficit works. As of now, whatever i eat is measured via kitchen scale. Meals, snacks, desserts everything. That's the only way to measure calorie intake.
- Need to add strength training. I started with 4 days a week. Now doing 6 days a week.
- Need to have adequate protein intake. For 88 kg, should be minimum 88g protein per day.
- Consistency is the key. It doesn't matter that you couldn't workout or couldn't follow diet due to dome festival. But get back on track ASAP.

Strength training i am not able to pass through a threshold. But get back on track is something i am thinking to focus on and remember!!
Black coffee good suppressor for hunger pangs
Can replace one meal with protien shake (keeps you full)
Leave snacks, desserts and liquid calories (switch to coke zero)

Thanks for the advise. Will surely avoid bulk eating and snacks outside
