Trending @Wipro; Didn't got any project
It's been 10 months since my joining to wipro and yet I haven't done any work in any project.. At the starting I know it's a learning phase we were assigned to learn some tasks which I completed given exams passed the exam and then due to some internal things didn't got tagged..
Next I got auto allocation to a client, i tried connecting my pm but got no response and it was the same for 8 months, I tried connecting him several time, tried other POCs but no positive response...
Last month I got deallocated from the client and now I'm into free pool and now whenever I am getting called for an interview they say they need experienced one....
So my point is how it's my fault that I haven't gathered any experience since this 10 months and now how would I approach someone for project..
Learn whichever tech you want to… be it MERN, MEAN, Java Full Stack , SAP, etc. and move out of Wipro. Just start learning from somewhere, and do-not waste time. You will thank yourself
Don't let them know you haven't reported your last tagged project, show them you have worked.
Enroll for training programs and get certified. Then update your skills, training certification in iAspire portal, then you will get projects. Reachout to RMG, they will help.
