C3B band DI 100% , WFO 100% even though I was received less compared to last QVA.
How to calculate it QVA %?

32%. QVA for C3A with office attendance of 92%.

It depends on your grade to much extent

since we are in back office project we get full quarterly amt but the amount is very minimal from band 3 which i am is rs 10800 every quarter
