Didn't get Release letter
I cleared ILP but didn't received release letter and also no IOU unit was allocated .How to resolve this issue ,please guide me

I tried ,but couldn't connect with the supervisor . But Rmg says I'm pre mapped and will get a call till then I have to report to the office daily.
